IM Plumbing and Heating is run by me, Ibraheem, a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineer based in Swindon. I'm responsible for personal information you give me through this website or when you contact me.

Business address and legal trading status must be confirmed before this draft can be approved for launch.

When you call, message or fill in the contact form, I may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your address or postcode and details of the job
• Photographs, quotes, invoices and records of work carried out

I use it to reply to enquiries, agree a price, arrange and carry out work, send invoices, and keep necessary job and safety records.

The final policy must confirm the applicable lawful bases, including steps requested before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate business interests where appropriate.

I share information only where it is needed, including with:

• Resend, which delivers contact-form enquiries by email
• Sentry, when a technical error report is needed
• OpenStreetMap, which serves the map images on the homepage. Your browser requests them directly, so OpenStreetMap receives your IP address
• My accountant, suppliers or a manufacturer when required for the job
• Anyone I am legally required to share it with

Retention periods for enquiries, job records and invoices must be confirmed before launch. Information will be kept only for as long as needed for its stated purpose or required by law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to how your information is used. Contact me first so I can respond. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
