These draft terms explain how work with IM Plumbing and Heating is intended to operate. They require professional review and confirmed business details before launch.

I look at the job and agree the price with you before I start. Quote validity, changes and anything that may affect the price must be confirmed in the final terms.

The final terms must explain how a booking is accepted, cancellation arrangements, call-out charges and any cancellation rights that apply.

Payment timing, accepted methods, deposits and arrangements for larger jobs must be confirmed before approval.

Parts may need to be paid for before ordering. Relevant manufacturer warranties are passed on to the customer.

Any workmanship guarantee and its exclusions must be confirmed in the approved terms.

You must provide safe access to the work area, explain known problems and keep children and pets away while work is carried out.

Any limits must be professionally reviewed so they are fair and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
